Trebah Garden is a unique venue for corporate or private hire. We can accommodate meetings, presentations and lectures or simply provide a wonderful place to celebrate occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.

The Garden Room
This versatile space is attached to our Cafe in the Visitor Centre but offers privacy in conjunction with excellent facilities, available all year round.
The maximum number of people who can be seated in this area is either 35 (theatre style) or 30 (at tables, set for lunch).
Room Hire Only: £100 full day, £50 half day
Garden entry is at the group rate: £5.50 per person.
The Vinery

Situated within the garden, this room is a tranquil haven that offers privacy and an opportunity to relax formally or informally within a truly beautiful and unique setting. The maximum number of people who can be seated in this room is either 40 (theatre style) or 30-36 (at tables of 6).
Room Hire Only: £100 full day, £50 half day
Garden entry is at the group rate: £5.50 per person.
Corporate Hire Rates:
Rates start at £25 per delegate with a minimum of 10 delegates, this includes:
- Room hire (The Garden Room or The Vinery)
- Garden entry
- Freshly filtered coffee or tea on arrival with homemade biscuits
- Iced jugs of water
- Stationary (folder, paper, pencil)
- Projector
- 2 course sit down lunch with iced water (or finger buffet) - options include: Soup (starter), followed either by Trebah Flan with salad or Pasty and salad. Buffet includes; filled finger rolls, cocktail sausages, cajun chicken drumsticks and potato wedges. Lunch must be pre-ordered by 10am on the day of booking.
