Trebah Garden is a fabulous and unique venue for your wedding reception, providing a relaxed environment with a stunning coastal backdrop. We do a limited number of weddings each year, ensuring exclusivity when using Trebah. Our functions co-ordinator will discuss your individual requirements and tailor your wedding to suit your specific needs.

Locally made beefburgers, lamb & mint burgers, Cornish pork sausages, marinated mackerel fillets, kebabs, coleslaw, selection of salads, fried onion.
A selection of vegetarian burgers, sausages & kebabs are available on request.

Traditionally filled finger rolls, bowls of mixed salads, sundried tomato and olive pasta, new potato salad with red onion and chive, cocktail sausage rolls, home roasted ham or Cornish beef platter, chicken drumsticks, coleslaw, mini homemade meat and vegetable flans.
Fresh fruit salad, lemon cheesecake, strawberry's and cream.

Salmon fillet poached in white wine and lemon served on a bed of dauphinoise potatoes with a basil cream sauce & root vegetables
Cornish chicken breast filled with cream cheese & wrapped in bacon served with a chorizo and cream sauce with new potatoes & root vegetables.
Fillet of pork served on an apple and mustard cream sauce with new potatoes & root vegetables.
Rack of local Cornish lamb, served on a top of lightly minted creamed potato with a red wine gravy & root vegetables.
Beef stroganoff, strips of beef fillet wtih a mushroom, onion & sour cream sauce, served with a timbal of rice.

A mixture of butternut, pumpkin and sweet potato gratin, roasted with tomato and mixed herb, topped with goats cheese, chedder and breadcrumbs.
